Located in Arcadia, Florida, Cooper Timber is a timber harvesting and land management company with over 50 years of experience in the logging industry. The founder, Wayne Cooper, learned to log at a young age in the hills of North Georgia, skidding wood with a team of mules. After relocating to South Florida, Wayne and his wife, Essie, worked to build a trustworthy company to provide for their family and build lasting relationships along the way. Growing up in the family business, Jason worked as a crew member, foreman, and semi-driver. In 2016, Jason became Vice President and began expanding and diversifying the company into grinding and green waste management. With hard work and dedication, Cooper Timber has grown to become one of the largest logging operations in South Florida. In 2023, Jason and his wife, Meghan, purchased Cooper Timber. Together they are working to uphold the expertise and Godly values that have formed the company's foundation and for generations to come.

We specialize in purchasing and harvesting pine, cypress, and eucalyptus timber, along with providing removal services for melaleuca and other non-native trees. Our comprehensive offerings extend to whole tree chipping and grinding, as well as efficient land-clearing services. While we do not purchase melaleuca, our team is equipped to cut and remove it from your land, ensuring thorough and effective management of your property.
